SPOILER Hidden T4 Chest On River Between Detlas And Nivla Woods

There is a hidden t4 loot chest on the east side of a river between Detlas and Nivla woods.
It's in a mine sort of area. Enter, turn left, solve a puzzle to make a minecart travel to an area with a sign that says 'caution tnt may explode' and a door opens to the room with the chest. I haven't seen this mentioned yet, which is why I'm posting it here,

I also just found another t4 chest on the top of the mountains separating the Rymek Canyon and the Wynn Plains, it’s in some small ruin there. I forgot to check the coords when I was there.
