    Im looking for a prism but I don't know where to get one, its a lvl 100 ring

    you can buy them from players but otherwise they only appear in loot chests

    You can get to Level 100 and look for unleveled T3-4 chests(Ice Canyon and Dernel Jungle). Just be prepared to find a lot of Sitis.

    It doesn't necessarily have to be unleveled either, it can be leveled with high level mobs

    Personally, I feel that if the chest is leveled by level 95 mobs your chances are decreased(since items generated are 90-100 instead of 95-100 if unleveled), but, sure, that works too.
