“Stay here please- You won’t be of much help in your condition and you need to recover. I’m going to go that way,” she gestures after the crow, “seeing as they obviously won’t let anyone forward. Okay?” It’s not a question, and she’d start after the crow regardless.

 

"I'm going to attempt to hit one of you if you do that again..."

Arya complies again simply nodding her head and putting more of her weight onto the wall.

You go ahead and turn the corner to find no crow there.

Instead, a black shard suddenly appears.

Oh, a teleportation shard.

The scene changes from whatever hallway that was (oof I need my map) to the hella large training room which is still oddly vacant and missing of people.

You find the six crows standing there in a line staring at you expectantly... the fourth crow a little more forward than the rest.

Behind them is what seems to be a simple arrow. Not a silver arrow like your's but kek.

What now?

The crow pecking at your shard looks up at you and goes, Caw Caw.

Oh and more absurd yelling.

"Can I just say it's a four v one?" Mason yells dumbly.

"Do you think they care?" Sophie yells back.

"Stop. Arguing," Naomi demands.

"Uh, they weren't exactly arguing," Leo Shu points out.

"Okay, I'm just gonna end this. Zanetic Optima. Xe Core!"

I believe TS is still on.

Keep in mind Kayla's wearing a black cloak which is sort of magical and hides her face 100% in a shadow.

Ropes from the ground suddenly start to wrap around and bind Kayla's legs and arms and a sort of greenish symbol appears above her head. Some of them also go after Iron String which stops it from creating a barrier. Mason actually does something semi-smart and takes this opportunity to dispell the barrier in front of him, walk up, and kick the back of Kayla's legs making her fall to her knees. An extremely weak flame aura of light yellow flames surrounds her as Mason quickly backs off and reestablishes the barrier on his side.

Kayla's now causing Fier Sarma to shoot arrows in all directions which get shattered when they come in contact of the barrier. The blindness Kayla seems to have received from "Zanetic Optima" has apparently faded away as her shots from Iron String are now on target... yet still getting shattered by the barrier. Kayla then realizes another direction.... up, but Naomi is quicker.

A roof forms of the cubical barrier made and now up is no longer an option.

Kayla tries to stand up but the ropes binding her prevent that from happening... They also prevent her from reaching her talisman

Another idea comes into play... Fier Sarma is unbreakable right? . . . so why not ram it into the barrier.

The bow suddenly thrusts forward with the top pointed at the barrier in front of her like a spear.

Although the bow IS made of wood, and the barrier is made of magic there's a sound of metal against metal and sparks fly off in between the endless force of the bow and the barrier.

The side of the barrier getting struck starts to flicker... definitely getting weakened.

Leo Shu tries to make Kayla or The Marksman lose their concentration on the bow by yelling "Haluna Frinate!" and sets Kayla's cloak on fire. Yeah jokes on them, Kayla's a fire elementalist and the cloak is fire proof xdddddddd. She doesn't give a f about the fire.

Then...

Suddenly, Leo Shu's side of the barrier breaks because of Fier Sarma ramming into it with an endless force.

"Everyone! Rush to the openning! That's her only escape!" Sophie yells. Smart. Kayla's bound to the floor anyway cuz of some retarded green symbol and she just made a door for all her enemies to go through to get closer to her. How great.

Fier Sarma flies back over Kayla's head and she tries to make it hit the green symbol. Guess what. The green symbol disappears and reappears a couple feet higher.

A barrier forms around Kayla protecting her from Naomi and co. A sort of cylindar barrier.

"Kinetic Strika!" Sophie yells.

"Arcane Enigma!" Naomi yells.

Oh well she's screwed now.

Naomi turns transparent mangeta / pink and Sophie gets a blue electric ring around her...

Meh.

Wot now?

 

"What now..."

Do i know what people who don't know about magic would normally see with this scene?

I desummon all weapons. I keep max strength and swing with my fists.

"Maybe you should try and grab it? I can take it afterwards."

 

"Yes, just when? Because currently I'm going to go get a car"

Is that Yazu's gun or another gun?
Either way.

Yazu glares at the battlestaff user before teleporting behind them and kicking harshly at the back of their knees to make them kneel. Then he'll try and disarm the battlestaff user of the gun first, and then teleport to their other side (I'm assuming they would have the gun in one hand and the staff in the other) sending a kick to the knee and then disarming their staff off of them.
If Yazu is able to disarm them of their staff, he will teleport the object away to the Empire State Building.

 

Nope. You can guess.

Sooo like, keep in mind Kayla's forced in a kneeling position with her arms and hands bound a little behind her due to Naomi's ropes.

Keep in mind Kayla's cloak is also still over her... they don't know what gender she is, how old she is, etc.

Oh and Aquila preoccupied with ropes and beds at the Natura Sanctus.

The fourth crow stops pecking at your shard and sits back on the ground tilting its head at you.

There's a loud sound of lightning and explosions as Sophie unleashes a lightning bolt and Naomi does a magical blast from Arcane Enigma. The combo almost destroys the solid iron wall barrier that Fier Sarma made. The transparent barrier around Kayla is now flickering obviously heavily damaged. And judging from the severely dimmed light and aura around Kayla (wot you see from TS magic) she doesn't have anymore energy to keep fighting or much less, create another barrier with Fier Sarma... or much much less, keep Fier Sarma flying around her.

As if to demonstrate how tired she was, Fier Sarma drops to the floor next to Kayla before disappearing.

Sophie then pulls out a little rag, walks up to Kayla, puts her other hand at the back of Kayla's head, and puts the rag in her face knocking her unconscious.

Oh great, rags with that chemical thing lmao. Let's play Secret Agent now.

...

The magenta barrier disappears along with the floating fake Necronomicons.

What now?

All the runes on you disappear before another rune appears on your chest. It vibrates, somehow knocking you back hard into the other corner of the room.

...

What now?

The crows all seem to shake their heads.

Lex points at them. "I don't think they agree with that."

"Whatever time you come back."

Uh, what now?

Yeah that's Yazu's gun.

Okay, Yazu is able to disarm the battlestaff user of his gun but when he tries to to disarm them of their staff, they fail and are pushed back to the floor instead making him drop his gun.

The battlestaff user gets up and a hieroglyph appears over Yazu who is still on the floor. Ropes from the ground spring up and wrap him up mummy style once again. Magic Restricting like always.

Some of the ropes part for both Yazu and Fera making the hands clenching the shard visible.

"If both of you drop your shards, both of you will be free. Understand?"

 

"Okay no idea how far the car is but hopefully will be there in an hour. Oh last question you know about the Amulet of Divination right?"

 

Is it gone gone, or does it reappear when I step back?

 

"Yes?"

If so: walk out from behind the wall and shoot next to Sophie's foot.
I then look over to the policeman.

A raven from out of nowhere comes in and swoops in taking your gun out of your hands before flying away a couple of yards and dropping it. Rip your savior shot. Oh well. Yeah now Kayla's unconscious and the crows are looking at you in amusement.

The fourth one is still staring at your shard tho.

What now?

"A spell we don't have access to is required to activate it."

 

"So a spell from the amzaedus?"

 

"Correct... although I won't ask how you know about the Amzaedus."

 

I raise my hands in annoyance.
"You want me to use the almost broken protwct function?"
"Or the 'return to good health' feature to heal her non existent injueies?!"
I use the good health feature on Kayla, hoping that distance doesn't matter. (regardless of what the crows do)
