Ok then. You walk onto the street away from the Empire State Building following the candles.

"Dr. Lakrow."

Lex turns around and sees the axe.

"Uhh, you can take that, I don't really use weapons like I said."

Meh, he just lets you burn.

Thomas grabs the axe and takes a good look at it.
He swings it around a bit, getting a feel for it and such.

I walk closer, being careful to bot make a noise as well as keeping a wall between me and them.

 

"Hello this is Zander again. This might be a dumb question, but how do I get back into the building?"

 

As soon as you grab hold of the axe, it... disappears.

The crows start to Caw Caw at Lex again...

They seem to want him to do something.

"What do they want?" Lex scratches the back of his head.

What now?

Meh, the crows follow you.

I forgot which crow we're on so a sixth crow lands next to the fifth in the line which is following you via walking.

She's not fairing that well I'll just say.

I mean she was legit shot in the shoulder today which should've killed her but didn't, healed by a girl who had like 0.000000000001% energy with an ancient spell, then gets hurt by Cornix, and then gets hurt by Columba, and then told to f...ing rest by Azura who doesn't heal her until like idk, a couple minutes or hours later, she gets woken up and teleported to the scene of the Empire State Building.

Not to mention that they barely escaped the collapsing building thanks to her, Arya, and Jay (Aether and wings and shit).

You can imagine how tired and hurt she is.

Luckily, Fier Sarma is a thing...

So is bluejay getting mobbed by a ton of crows and ravens to prevent him from helping.

Did I mention this is Naomi and co minus Samuel.

And uh, the people acting were Sophie and Mason while Naomi and Leo Shu were hiding somehow hidden from your radar TS shit as well.

I think I'm drunk (don't read this absolute shit)

It would be ironic to say that The Marksman / Kayla got cornered because she's actually surrounded by the four of them in the middle of the road.

The bow Fier Sarma floats above her head and the four of them all seem to have floating purple / magenta Necronomicon things forming magenta barriers.

Each of them connect their barriers forming this sort of, square thing with Kayla in the middle of it not making a move, but rather just standing there.

And each of the four are on a side each.

And uh, dumbly, the policeman (Leo Shu) takes out some handcuffs... wtf

"You can either come with us quietly, or unconscious," the dude says (Leo Shu).

Of course, no response from Kayla, that would reveal her gender and somewhat her age.

Even more dumbly, the teenage boy says, "Can't we just threaten at gunpoint?"

"Shut up!" both of the girls scold him.

(Ima just use names now)

Leo Shu scratches his head. "Well... gunpoint does work too."

Sophie facepalms.

Oh then Kayla tries to make a move.

Well it was kinda more of a test.

An arrow already nocked is summoned in the floating Fier Sarma and is shot at one of the barriers.

The barrier shatters the arrow.

"See? You're trapped Marksman. Now come with us quietly," Naomi says.

In response, fire forms in front of Kayla making the words "You must be new to kidnapping people huh?"

Mason does the smartest move of the century and "threateningly" shoots a bullet from his pistol towards the ground.

Yeah it doesn't faze Kayla at all... What a loser.

Kayla's feeling sassy much today just like how Arya is everyday lmao.

More fire appears making the words "Instead of wasting your money on bullets that you don't even use properly, how about you leave me alone?"

The crows start pecking at your legs.

What now?

You can hear the sound of fingers snapping through the phone.

Suddenly, a small piece of paper with like, a couple unimportant words on it appears in your hands.

It legit just says, "Say your name."

"If you look directly at the piece of paper and say your name, you will be teleported to the main hall. However, it doesn't work when it knows other people are looking at you."

 

"Well that's helpful. Also since you do know a lot more about magic then me, do you know why the traveller shards candles have different colours? It was black, red,even purple once and just now it was gold"

 

Althea decides to back up to where she was before hearing the scream. “Chill. I won’t go anywhere jeez.”

"Gold you say? Gold is also normal but it means you're really powerful... Red means that the path is dangerous and purple means you shouldn't go there. Black means you're walking to your death."

The crows seem to recover and they all form a line in front of you again...

Arya still can't talk tho.

Bottom Blue is Leo Shu

Left Blue is Naomi

Right Blue is Sophie

Top Blue is Mason.

Yellow is Kayla.

They are down the street from you and Leo's back is to you.

 

That there was more than 2 people.
Also, when did Kayla appear? O-o

I think I saw Naomi & Co before because I motioned at them (and used ES) when we were on the building.

“OK! Ok, just let me go! I’ll go with you, do what you want!”

 

"Well it was gold only when I used a staff that some crows led me to, do staffs do anything else then just power you up?"

Kayla appeared when you SSed bluejay and got rekt by a crow.

They stop pecking you when they see they got your attention.

The fourth crow then starts pecking at where your shard is (idk where it is xd).

Wot now?

The figure shrugs.

"All I need is the shard."

What now?

"Depends."

I look st that crow.
"You guys are magical, can't you try talking?"
Attempt to SS the one pecking me.

 

"Well I don't know it's name since it's not in the book I'm reading but it looks like [I describe the staff]"

 

Walk up to him, then max strength and swing as hard as I can.

 

They Caw Caw at you in response.

When you attempt to SS the crow pecking you, one of them screeches hella loudly kicking you out of SS...

Wot now?

"I've never heard of that staff before. Could you stop by the main hall so I can see it?"

He doesn't stop you.

As soon as your sword comes in contact with him, a rune appears and he evaporates to dust alongside the ropes and reappears at the other side of the room, no ropes with him apparently.

"You can't defeat me. Drop the shard boy."

 

Althea sighs. “I don’t think I’m leaving. Hopefully whoever it is has got it, though it didn’t sound like it.” Basically talking to herself already, she turns back to the crows. “You can quit your game now.”

 

The crows tilt their heads at you.

Arya looks like she has a question but oh well, sucks she can't talk lelelel.

The fourth crow then flies up and flies behind you in the opposite direction of the scream. They land somewhere out of view turning a corner.

The rest of the crows look up at you expectantly.
