Oops. Alright, I inch forward and set the reaction: If the zombie or any of my allies attacks, I guiding bolt the zombie with a second level spell slot.

I run forward and throw a Sharpshooter-ed Soul Knife at the Zombie (advantage because I'm invisible to him).

Attack: 13 + 8 to hit - 5 = 16

Damage: 3 + 5 + 4 dex + 10 = 22 psychic damage.

I throw my offhand Soul Knife as a bonus action, again using Sharpshooter.

Attack: 16 + 8 to hit - 5 = 19

Damage: 3 + 10 = 13 psychic damage

Total: 35 psychic damage, and then I return to being visible as I end my turn.

 

Guess that prompts my reaction, then. If it's not already dead (you edited HP, right?)

To hit: 4 + 7 = hit
Damage: 21 radiant damage. 42 if the zombie is weak to radiant...

 

A worm launches a worm at Raedurg from the zombie.

That's a funny mental image. Two worms poke out of the zombie, and the first worm bites the second one and throws it like a boomerang at Raedurg.
