I'd assume through like some random magic script paper thing Quantum has tho, it's how he communicates with a lot of people.

It's like this old sheet of papyrus that when you write on it, it also is written on another piece of paper Quantum has... then it erases after he reads it. He can also send messages that way as well.

Works similarly to Arya's magic paper shit.
