    The auction rules state you cannot change the buyout once a person has bid, otherwise you could be favouring another person to intentionally let someone lose an auction (aka foulplay).
    Code:
    The date, starting bid and buyout can only be changed if nobody has bid yet.
    As you can see someone actually did the buyout for this after it got lowered, considering how near it was to the prior bid it can be considered to be turned into favour for someone.
    If the current bidders are all fine with the reduction of the buyout, then it counts as valid reason to do so. Otherwise the buyout has to be raised again to 4 stacks.
