The gunshot rings...

However... you oddly don't feel any sort of uh, vibration, or pain or anything...

You check to shard to find it... perfectly intact...

And the bullet??? is nowhere to be found.

The root that thrust through your body retreats back into the ground along with all the other roots.

The figure turns into a man with black wings... An angel.

"You pass."

And he disappears in a heap of smoke alongside the crow and dove watching...

There's a little golden aura that surrounds your body numbing and healing the pain you received before disappearing when you're fully healed.

...

What now?

"Not of your concerns."

"Now let's complete what I was here for please?"

Ok, another 6 min walk...

You find all the homeless people back in the theater....

Wot now? It's only 9 ish.

"That doesn't mean it can't shoot explosive arrows..." the figure says.

"Wait no no! Give me the shard now! Stop distracting me!"

I was just looking for something that doesn't kill you.

You duck and the sonic blast flies over your head.

"Maybe I should've considered up and down as well. Ah, no matter."

The Scythe changes into a spear.

"Would you like to see what this does next...? Or would you just give me the shard and be set free from that little prison of yours."

"A pure white shard that you were just given. Don't play dumb."

 

"No no no."
I wave the hand holding the gun.
"I know the girl."
"That's a purely defensive bow."
"You're not meant to shoot with it."
Where is the shard anyways?

 

“No, I want to know what all of your weapons do bucko.”

 

P sure the shard is still clenched in your right hand.

"...I swear I've seen that girl shoot one of those kamikaze arrows on this bow before... WAIT STOP. GIVE ME THE SHARD NOW."

"Are you really sure about that?" the figure says stabbing the spear into the ground. It shimmers and grey lightning hits where it fell to the floor. He picks it back up.

"Give up already."

 

“That’s a pretty cool spear my dude.” She responds simply. “You’re like, Zeus or something. Zeus is kind of a bitch though.”

 

"Have you ever actually met Zeus? Because you got that quite right, he is a bitch."

Thunder definitely not caused by this dude roars in the sky. The figure looks up at it.

"Yeah yeah, you're Mount Olympus was destroyed today by some magic terrorist group, shut up now please."

More thunder roars.

The figure looks back at you.

"So do you want to get struck by lightning several times or just hand me the shard right now?"

 

"Why do you think I'm walking towards you?"
"But I recommend you switch to a different bow. One that actually helps you threaten someone."

Did I recognize any of the voices that told me to protect the shard?
Keep scanning the surroundings.
According to TS and SS, the figure and it's things don't exist. Which means that there has to be someone else nearby.
TS currently on magic, walls and lies.
...
Or they have really annoying items.
Guess I should scan the figure for magic items as well.

 

“That’s a hard one. Let me think about it...” She taps her chin in mock thoughtfulness. “Yeah, I’m going to take the L. By which I mean the lightning. Because it starts with L. Hah. Gallows humor. Your favorite, right?”

 

Although you can't actually see it, you can tell the figure rolls their eyes.

"How about this."

A bow appears floating next to Iron String... a bow made of two flaming wings it appears. Ignis.

An already nocked flaming arrow also appears on the bow.

"Alright can you just hand over the shard now?" the figure extends a hand out.

What now?

Well there doesn't appear to be anyone else nearby...

And um, you don't recognize either the male or female who were talking.

"To be honest, I'd think that is your type of favorite humor being in Order NIBIRU and all..." the figure then glances at the bluejay watching who seems to stare down the figure.

"Oh, I probably shouldn't of said that with him here... Ha, good luck dealing with a mad Jay later. Anyway..."

The figure starts to walk up to you spear in hand.

"Let's make this hurt twice as much."

He summons in another spear, one in each hand now...

What now?

 

“Are you kidding me?” She shoots a death glare at the bluejay. “Whatever. Bring. It.” She holds both daggers ready.

 

The bluejay chirps at the figure, seeming to tell them something.

The figure stops and looks at the bird before desummoning the spears.

"Actually wait, lightning would probably kill you... then you'd get to escape Jay's wrath... let's go for something weaker."

He summons in a pure grey and black axe.

"This won't kill you, but it'll severely injure you. Maybe you'll then reconsider your choices."

He starts to walk again before breaking into a run at you and raising the axe up high...

The circle around you disappears and the figure is now only 5 meters away from you. He jumps up high and proceeds to bring down the axe on you.

What now?

 

"Fine then.” I move at top speed into him, and knock my shield into him. I then put my sword at his neck. “ Get out.”
If doesn’t work i keep trying.

 

It’s a good thing 5 meters is still a long distance. Dash away again, and jump as soon as the axe makes impact just in case.
“How am I the bad guy here? Seriously?”

 

Well darn. I was hoping the bow would be switched out.

"Hold on. Did you just roll your eyes? I can't tell."
Add TS through clothes onto the list.
What does the figure look like?

 

Alright, you've pushed him against the wall and have a sword to their neck. They don't care.

"How about you hand me the shard instead and then I'll get out."

As soon as the axe hits the ground, there's a huge grey explosion and shockwave completely destroying the ground and sending you flying backwards with a hard fall to the ground. The blood rushes up to your head.

"You might not be the bad guy here soon enough anyway... Just kidding. Azura, ahem I mean Corvus sees some light in Quantum. Yes, the shithead ancient angel has faith in an old guy who has opposed the M.S.A.A. and angels all his life. What an idiot."

You're able to see the axe shimmer and turn back into a Scythe. A crow from out of nowhere flies and sits next to the bluejay who looks startled at the crow's sudden appearance.

"Crows symbolize death. And your resistance will bring you a short life and a quick death... that is, unless you give the shard before I kill you and your unimportant life."

He just remains to be the same fricken grey void dude with a suit.

 

Wait, so TS through clothes did absolutely nothing?

 

Yup.

 

“Do it then. Kill me. I didn’t ask for any of this. Never.” She rises to her knees, clenching a dagger. “End it, edgelord.”

 

"Dude. Tha-"
"Are you a dude?"
Just wondering, how do I normally get back to base?

 

Jay then Deus Ex Machina's you out of there.

The Scythe then shimmers and you can tell it's about to send a sonic blast...

The time seems to slow down... with the Scythe shimmering to it's brightest point about to release the sonic wave... It's blindingly bright..

But then..

The figure abruptly turns around and the sonic blast is sent towards the bluejay and crow.

The bluejay chirps loudly in retort and flaps away while the crow stays there taking the full blow and disappearing into feathers.

The Scythe disappears and the figure turns into a guy with black wings...

Cornix, the male angel you saw earlier today.

"You pass."

And with that, he disappears into a heap of smoke.

...

The bluejay flies nearby...

What now?

"Yes I'm a dude. Hand. It. Over."

Two other arrows appear next to the already nocked arrow on Ignis. Now three flaming arrows are directed at you.

What now?

You normally get to the base by either using the famous overused secret entrance at Madison Park, get a friend to teleport you, or use the little teleportation scroll paper that takes you back to the main hall of Order SIRIUS.

You probably would have it in a wallet or something I'd imagine. However, it only works when it knows you're not seen by anyone else.
