Dez:"I should probably get a spell for that later. Actually I have grae idea." I turn to look in the sky and say "Oi Harstag, I don't know how I spoke to you last time, but can you help?"

 

Thorston watches the situation around him and whips back his hook.
Thorston: "You telling me or not?"

 

I look up and then at you.
"Who?"

 

I keep staring at the sky ignoring you

Using my Freezing Sword [+3] I poke the safe

 

Wow I'm like 12 hours early.
Or 12 hours not-late, really.

No response.

The response is nothing, and on top of that you have witnesses to get awkward with.

Unnatural quiet.

Jester: "Well, I'm here to kill you for the whole 'thief' thing. You?"

A patch of frost appears where you poked it, along with the tiniest crack.

 

I try and widen the crack by prying it

 

Thorston: "I'd prefer leaving in peace, but..."
Thorston: "You wasted your chance for that."
I dash in and stab him with my knife.

 

Look at the sky and then back at Dez.
Repeat 2 more times.

 

I start muttering to myself
Dez:"How did I do it last time? Do I need to get abducted by another cult? No maybe I need to find another village to accidentally burn down... Wait he said something about a soul exiting my body" I close my eyes and try to make my soul go to Harstag

 

I'm starting to actually pay attention there

Skill Changelog, patch 1.7
Aka the "Holy my small tweaks started snowballing" patch.

• To make it a bit easier on me, every set of 2 tiers makes the previous set obsolete. You are getting stronger, after all.
• For more usability of skills in short fights, I changed up skill prep to be more like a cooldown: You have 1 use of a prepared ability at the start of combat, but subsequent uses will have to be prepared.
• Expanded standard.roguish skills lists, and hope to do this on a massive scale with other skill types in the future
• Moving is now or at least now clearly its own action.
• Number of abilities that can be equipped every morning reduced to 5 :(
• The above is temporary until point #2 can be adequately fulfilled.
• Renamed Standard Skills to Warrior Skills, as it's pretty obvious how they were turning out. Tier limit abolished.
• I'm still working on stuff, actually, and even this log is probably already outdated. Check the one on the official document.
