I'm genuinely curious how this works... wouldn't you be constantly at 5 hp from the -hpr on Cardiac Arrest?

 

just hold a bow with more hpr when not fighting, and if you are fighting, that much -hpr wont be that much of killer

 

heat sink has enough ls to counter the -hpr, chain lightning help ensure that

out of combat you can hold a fog of creation which is the highest raw hpr bow the build has access to
