Or this is just a set up lie. For if it's actually 3 corrupt you can blame the president or chancellor of being corrupt

 

Wait, special election is given to the president after the third corrupt is enacted. So if whoever to elect as chancellor puts down a corrupt, then the current president (you) get to pick the next president, and they pick another chancellor (this chancellor can be voted no on) regardless of yes or no, the presidency goes back to @H0Y0Y0Y0Y0B0Y afterwards.
