I keep looking at it as I open the door

 

"The Marksman only comes out at night at around (insert time here). It's only five right now," Yazu states.

 

Yeah midway through the walk (when you're closest to the statue), four holes at each side of the statue's base open up and shoot really big flamethrowers.

You're lucky enough to be in the blast.

What now?

 

I turn towards Yazu. "Then I suggest we sleep." I get down and lay on the floor, still holding my revolver.

 

I jump back

 

Yazu looks at you quizzically.
"What are you doing?" he asks.

 

Alright, you dodge it but the flamethrower is so massive you could just consider it to be a fire wall that goes from the floor to the ceiling dividing the room into four quadrants.

What now?

 

Dump shard on the fire

 

I shrug.

 

The water forms and spills down on the fire... yet the fire isn't affected at all.

Instead, it seemed that the water swerved away from the fire.

What now?

 

Yeah I'm not dealing with this I teleport through the door that the candles where showing me

 

"Sleeping." I answer with closed eyes.

 

Yazu doesn’t comment.

"Males." She sighs.

 

"I'm sorry for being a disappointment."
"Now then, where should I drop you before I leave?"

 

“Apology accepted- just don’t do it again. And I mean, a bed’s fine.” She shrugs.

Jay snaps out of it, his expression going back to normal.

"Uh, there are stretchers," he points at the vast majority of stretchers.

(Just getting this message out b4 someone else replies)

"Dude, we're not gonna have you sleeping on the floor," Mason says extending a hand out to pull you back up.

The shard appears and flashes.... but doesn't teleport you.

Strange.

What now?

 

"My apologies for being a disappointment again, but I don't see a bed in sight."

"Nevermind. I can see why you thought she was annoying."

Jay sighs shaking his head. "So you'd rather leave a girl with a nasty stab wound which is . . . acceleratedly . . . healing? . . . in a bed rather than the infirmary in a stretcher...?"

 

Is this really an infirmary without beds wtf even prisons don’t do that.
