No highlights appear and it's quite evident you missed.

The blindness fades away however and it seems that the trio are gone.

A couple shards still fly and hover around Zach but it seems a majority of them disappeared.

The retro is also gone.

It quite literally seems that the trio has dispersed from the building. All you see now left of the intruders is the trio in the infirmary, the girl fighting Niko in the training room, and the uh.... now unconscious air bender who's body is on top of what looks to be the aftermath of a "Pummel" shard...

What now?

 

Then I summon an upside down light green and gope for the best

 

"Pummel" comes from the ground and pushes you up.

 

Then I try to brake the shard with a light red

 

"Daniel! Why are you pointing a gun at a small kid?!" Leo yells.

Mason just takes a couple slow steps back.

Hm, not fast enough.

Due to the fact that you have to wait two seconds for it to shoot, the Pummel shard takes effect launching you up into the ceiling. However, you find yourself in a completely different position a split second later and see James where you were before summoning a light orange shard and teleporting only a few yards away.

The Shardaic Mage doesn't seem too happy about that and summons in three "Alta Petens Ignis" shards, one for you and each of your uh, allies (is that the correct word?). The magical thistles fire and fly around the room going after each of you.

What now?

 

I turn my head only slightly to the direction Leo is, only enough to see him in the corner of my eye "She is a suspect detective! We must interrogate her!"

 

I start running and and summoning 2 speed shards

 

Yazu is actually a male.

Fera is the female who is currently lying down in bed after getting injured...

"Uh, just because they are next to a power plant that they can't actually enter and work in... makes them a suspect?" Leo scratches his head.

Anomaly - You could say light elementalist? She basically utilizes light. It can be in blinding flashes, auras, concentrated enough to hurt, or infused into her weapons to make them burn.

Equipment / Belongings: Silver bow, dual daggers. Some gadgets include a grappling hook, EMP bomb, and sleep darts.

Clothing: Usually she’ll just wear jeans and a silver hoodie (wooow subtle) but she also has a silver circlet if she feels like going extra on the nose. Obviously she wears black for the really sneaky missions.

Backstory (optional but recommended): Althea is originally from Athens, Greece. Her father was an immigrant from New York, and she had (dun dun dun) four brothers. Now, Greece sucks, and they were super poor, so Althea relied her above-average smarts to tinker with things and help the family, creating several gadgets. Always having been fascinated with the Greek mythos, she made a silver bow based off of her favorite goddess, Artemis.
Althea’s first target was the corrupt local government. She raided banks and government offices, always gone before they could catch her. Cameras would be disabled with the EMP she designed. Just a shadow, to the locals she became known as Artemis for the silver arrows they found in the aftermath. With the money she collected, Althea and her family emigrated back to New York. She approached the Order SIRIUS there, and received a job doing more covert operations. But eventually her escapades in Greece caught up to her. An unknown assailant bombed her house, and no one there survived.
Now, the Order SIRIUS believed her to have been in that house. When she didn’t report in the next day, they were all but certain. Althea Vasiliakos was dead. And really, that was true. The old her was gone. She sought out the Order NIBIRU, being intrigued by their goals and wanting to find a new purpose. They accepted her and told her to return to the Order SIRIUS as an infiltrator, and return she did. No one expected it, and the higherups were worried about her new, rather soulless attitude. Regardless, they ended up giving back her spot as one of the top covert operatives, where she currently is.

Money / Income (depends on backstory): Whatever they pay covert type people- she’s one of the top but not the top.

 

James summons in a "Dump" shard covering the whole room and extinguishes the fire and uh.... get's everyone soaking....

"Dude! I have a phone you know!" Ken yells.

"Shut Up!" James retorts.

"Kinetric Strika!" the Amzaedus magic wielder yells. A ring of electricity surrounds them. He seems to be charging up for a blast.

What now?

You would be able to see them if they were in the complex...

However, they don't seem to be so you can just assume they tped away.
