Assuming the left hand is for the standard mouse functions and the right hand is for player movement (I can play smoothly, having soloed LI and the Orange Wybel about a dozen times each, and Qira about 70 times since June of 2017, without much issues while being able to shift-click health potions efficiently with this kind of setup), my control scheme is already like that ever since I started playing computer games more than what, 9 years ago (not just Minecraft, it applied to various browser games as well)? Even so, I am still right-handed and able to play using a laptop even with the statements above; so my way of taking your suggestion into account could be using my left hand for player movement and my right hand using an actual computer mouse

Legendary island with a legendary medallion as both your only weapon and only armour/accessory piece.

One single level 5 healing potion is allowed for the entire run.

Screen upside down, 30 FOV, ridiculously high gamma.

Put at least half of your skill points into INT

lowest render distance,
have to have drunkness potion,
cinematic camera,
highest possible sensitivity,
as archer
