I assume this was the guy who got punched earlier. Correct me if otherwise.

Bloody mages with their spells, think I wouldn’t notice eh?

I’ll walk over and punch the guy again (interrupting him), and this time, I’ll try to take the book from him.

 

Where's the spell Ha-tep when you need it ffs . . .

 

You walked away and the man (who was with Raya) is now in the way.
To hit the mage, you need to move the man (who was with Raya) out of the way first.

It's in the void, waiting to be fed with FP...

 

"I don't think so, but can you tell me what's happening to your eyes?"

 

Try to move him out of the way. Stopping the spell before it’s cast is of the utmost success importance.

 

"Nothing!"
The eyes flicker between blue and red.
"It's just that-"
The eyes apparently decide to settle on purple.
"it's not important in this situation."
She motions to the ever dimming orb of light.

You reach out a hand to push him out of the way. He immediately kicks the caster in the chest and whirls around to hit the hand you touched him with with his knife (he's in the motion to hit you, he hasn't hit you yet)

 

Alesol: “I see you had the same idea in mind.”
I’ll back off.

 

He lets you. Turning back to the caster, he grabs the book and, with a flick of his hand, it disappears.
Caster: "Now what?"
He spreads his arms.
Caster: "I got no more cards to play."
Person who was with Raya and needs a name (pls get a name from him. This is a handful to type. .-.): "Now, you tell us the situation we are in."
The little girl on the sidelines (Xia) steps forward.
Little girl: "Actually"
She points at the diminishing orb of light.
Little girl: "We need to deal with light first."
(For reference, her eyes are purple now)

 

I guve up on asking about her eyes and bow ask "and how do we deal with the light"

 

Xia points at the robed man.
"Unless one of you can cast magic, we must force him to do so."
The robed man tries to scramble off a bit, but then the man (who was with Raya in the beginning and needs a name) steps down on his robes, stopping him.

 

"No magic from me, so I'll sit this out"

 

Xia turns to everyone one else.

I turned 'person who really needs a name' into Pwrnuan, tried to pronounce it, it came out Pranuan. Smush and distort it a bit into Pruan, and there you go. Usable-ish name.
Amazing naming skills, right there.

She walks towards the robed man, probably several inches taller than her, grabs him by the scruff of his collar, and -

At some point in her currently highly mysterious past (I need some world details first ok), Zara spent a good 10 years in strength and weapon training with a small group of priests of a war god (if there's no war god, mercenaries) on a rather secretive mountain. They all died out a century ago, but despite her small frame Zara's strength is near superhuman, and she would be an easy master of most weapons if she remembered it. Which she won't, if not for a very long time.

If accepted - lifts him off the ground with one arm. "What did you need with this guy again?", she says, scowling.

If not - breaks her arm and scowls.

 

Doesn't matter if he has a name if no one asks... ;-;

Little girl (Xia): "You think?"

The two guys look suprised that you managed to lift the robed man up. Suprised, none of them react until the robed man starts chocking.
The robed man grabs your wrists and trys to not let the collar strangle him.
Robed man: "Stop-"
Guy who needs a name: "Get him to make more lights."

 

...

Er, I mean I could make more lights... it's legit the easiest spell of the ancient spells....

 

Time for executive NPC action, since no one's responded for a day. xD

The little girl (Xia) nods at this scene.
Little girl (Xia): "You guys seem to have that."
The little girl (Xia) turns towards a building (the one @HMTN was infront of) and starts walking towards it.
