Have lowered but considering I saw a +12 INT go for 12 LE and mine is +17 INT I prob won't be taking less than my earlier starting price of 15 LE.

 

Third eye lost alot of value after it lost its Raw spell damage, so depending when this auction you were talking about was held at, even if yours is near perfect Intel and 4/4 max price is 15-20

i would assume time (although that really varies from person to person) but i dont see what that has to do with what i said? im just saying that even if you dont get your desired price you'll still have to sell it to the highest bidder once the auction is over
