Well to be honest, if I were thinking 100 lower than my rank, I probably would've done that move and missed the checkmate. I would've been reckless and lose a chance at instant victory... I mean I'm basing Leo Shu off of me except 100 lower in chess rating so...

I'm legit only rating 1560...

1500 - 1600 is like average xD

The barrier dispells for one second before the fire user shoots his gun at Thomas. It misses but the bullet barely gazes off his arm.

A warning shot.

The barrier reassembles, the floating book surging with power.

What now?

 

"Sure, I was told no one cares about thme anyways" I teleport to the room with artifacts and I hide the shard behind me so they dont shoot it

"All your pieces are trapped huh?" Leo Shu smiles.

 

He continues channeling the flame, waiting for a reaction.

When the barrier opens again, he'll shoot a bullet through and make the flame burn the probably incomming bullet.

 

"Yeah, that and I'm getting bored." I eat another chip.

One of the dudes on your team teleports away with a shard behind their back.

"You're still channeling flames after you almost died?" the gun user says incredulously.

"We get it, you're a sharpshooter. Stop bragging you dimwit," Ezinth fires back.

The barrier doesn't open.

You teleport to the room with all the jewelry.

However, the Amulet of Divination doesn't appear to be there...

There are other parts to the artifacts / museum section though.
