Alright.
As you walk through the forest for about an hour you notice the forest feels empty, no animals looking for food, no birds singing, no insects crawling on the ground, no merchants traveling on the roads. Only the trees staring forward for eternity. There is no wind to break the seemingly endless silence. On this cold day it's slightly snowing resulting in your boots being soaked by melting water. All trees look almost the same, medium sized spruce trees with lots of snow on then.
Roll for perception with disadvantage because of your fast movement.
Also it's around 11 in the morning.

You notice that one of the trees has less snow on its leaves, it looks a lot wider than the rest of the leaves and it looks almost semmetrical in its shape.

Your bolt hits the tree and parts of the trees burns to a crisp. Branches of the tree start moving, the roots come out of the ground, eyes open, the large spruce tree starts taking the shape of a humanoid.

As the ground shakes because of the large creature, it is clear to you all, a Treant has awakened.

Yes along with dialogue, but Zarxik did one of the two things you that make a Treant angry, using fire or chopping down trees.
