    So i keep getting kicked out the server whenever I switch worlds and I think the problem is my pack doesnt load correctly or something so is it possible for me to just have the texture pack on before I even join the server and just join in and disable the server texture pack or is that not possible?

    you can disable it from the server menu, and get a resourcepack from here
