Okay, so:

Ti'Lin walks closer while grabbing a little satchel from his pouch.
He ignites the satchel using flint and steel and tosses it at the Golem.
Once it's next to it, it explodes. (red sun on map)

DEX save or (2d8):9 Fire damage.

It's splash damage of 5 feet, so everyone should be good.
