its not hard to understand
lots of raw melee/poison+130 attack tier=lots of dps

 

-%s dont affect raw damages.
this means you get taurus' raw melee at forced super fast speed and cancer's poison without having to care about the -% damages on it
on top of this it deals only neutral damage aka elemental defs are ignored

pretty swell

 

except its on archer so it sucks
