Pvp Campaign Section 2 Blue's Party

Mistral: "I see. You say that each cell can only be charged once a day, but how many can be charged at once?"

 

"You can charge one capsule per elemental attack, so to speak. So you either charge one and use it, or wait for atleast three to charge so that you can do the most efficient damage."

 

Mistral: "Interesting. You do good work."

I'll put on the band and gauntlet.

So as far as I'm aware, I can use a reaction to absorb some form of elemental damage into a capsule when targeted by an attack involving said element. The capsule lasts 10 rounds, or 1 minute. Moving the capsule into the band is a free action, the capsule loses its charge when socketed, and I can have up to three charges stored at once. When making an attack, I can use any amount of the charges to add 2d6's worth of elemental damage corresponding to the charge(s) spent for each charge spent. Am I interpreting this correctly?

Almost.
The capsules stored in the band last a minute, so you can store five in the gauntlet without worry about them discharging.
Moving the capsules from the gauntlet to the band takes a bonus action. 1 or 3, doesn't matter. Can move as much as you want.
Storing energy in a capsules can be done once a day. (I'll discuss with blue if it might become every short or long rest)
All the other things are correct.

The drunk man laughs at you. The bartender (Eva) doesn't interfere.

You walk past a tavern called Rum Bum Barrel while you make your way down the streets. A little further down the street, you see what looks like a shop of some sort.

 

I say this quietly.
"She with anyone yet?"

 

I'll enter the shop and see what's being... um... sold.

 

"I don't think so.. You want to try something?"
The bartender gives a questioned look at you whispering.

The shop is called Lysel's Pots and Crops.
Walking inside, you see a human taking care of some plants.

 

I'll try to catch his(?) attention.
Mistral: "Um... excuse me, but what might you be selling here?"

 

"Me? Pots and Crops."

He stands straight.
"You know, stuff for mending and healing. Curing diseases and those type of things."

 

(Still whispering)
"What are people here for then if not for her?"

They're druids. >.>

 

"Drinks."
The man holds up his mug.

"Can't ya see?"
