Pvp Campaign Section 2 Blue's Party

There are a lot of people talking. Through the talking you hear a *hick* *burp* every now and then.

 

Random questions since I myself havr never been to a tavern (but my character probably has)

1. How do you buy a drink?
2. How do you know what drinks are offered?
3. How do you know the price of said drinks?

 

(1/2)Ask the bartender.
(3) The bartender gives a price, might be higher/lower then the official price.

 

Mistral: "Of course. I assume you've finished working on it?"

 

"Course. Let me get it for ya."

He heads out to the back and returns a few seconds later.
"Here you go."

(Did you pay beforehand?)

 

I walk up to the counter and sit down. I wave a hand at the bartender.
"What's being offered?" (Can I also get a short description if my character recognizes it?)

 

I believe so, but let me check.

Edit: Huh, apparently I didn’t pay the guy before. I’ll hand him the 100 gp.

Mistral: “Thanks. So, how do I use the new feature?”
(And what does it do, combat-wise?)

 

The bartender looks your way while finishing some other orders.
"Just the usual. We got wine, ale, rum. We also have water and milk if you'd like."

 

"Rum." (Are any of these alcoholic? >.>)

 

(Shit. Idk what this new feature is. Do you know? If so, please explain.)

Well, there are the two gentlemen that are playing a card game.
Make a perception check to see if anything else happened.

Hmm.. not much that's strange. There are the cardplayers and some drunk people. Some of them are flirting with the bartender, without much success. But besides that, not much.

The artificer also hands you a band.

"So.. how this works. You see how this gauntlet has five capsules in it, yeah? You can charge one of those cell each day with any element that is thrown at ya. Savy?"

Mistral: "Like, if someone throws a fire-related spell at me, I can charge the capsule with... fire? If so, what happens to the spell?"

 

Where are the drunk people in relation to me?

 

"Yes. You wont deflect the damage it does, but you can store the energy of the fire in the capsule."

He moves his hand over to the band.
"Now for this beauty. There are 3 holes in it, see? You can place your charged capsules in there to later unleash into a powerful attack (+2d6 damage of the chosen element). Though keep in mind, once you plug one of the capsules into the band, the energy inside will be drained. I say.. you got about a minute before the sell is empty if not used. Got it?"
