“And how exactly did everyone die?” Dirtyhands continues to tap his cane.

You’re able to break open the door.

“Numa Testamenta!” a girl’s voice yells. A teenage girl then slowly appears and walks into the hallway, along with a floating book and a small magenta aura. “Who are you?” she asks.

 

"Good day lady. I met your friends back there and thought I'd pay a visit." I smile at her and extend a hand, as well as putting the spear back into place.

 

"Some sort of spikes popped out of the ground and pierced the men. Why?"

 

She doesn’t shake the hand. “So why did you break my door down?” she asks.

“Magical Spikes?” the Wraith asks.

Finally, there’s a response from the violinist. She nods her head to the Wraith who still has her arms apprehended.

“Well I’d like to know what and who we’re dealing with,” Dirtyhands says in response to your question. “It wouldn’t be smart to run blind, head first.” He smiles. “But I bet you do that a lot Dust Devil.”

 

"Sums up my history pretty well. But you can't complain when you see where that got me."

A flame starts burning in both his hands.

 

Smiling at her, I wave my hand as if it was trivial.
"You two were running and, well, most importantly the door was locked."

 

You watch as Nina raises her hands and a lot of expressionless humans (aka zombies that look like regular humans) rise from the ground in between you and the rest of the people.

Sharpshooter also pulls out two of his revolvers and points them at you.

“Maybe you should watch your actions Brainless Devil,” Dirtyhands smirks tapping his cane.

“...That doesn’t mean you should just break down my door...” the girl says back.

 

"Ah, you seem occupied." I look at her up and down, mainly at the book "Still seems occupied."

 

"I'm just showing off. No need to panic."

He makes some flames spin around him, at a slow pace.
"Or maybe you should. You decide."

 

“Yeah, sorry to break it to you bud but we have guns pointed at you,” Sharpshooter says. “And a lot of zombies as well.”

I forgot to mention the floating book is open and bible size. There’s a large runic symbol on the cover but that’s about it.

Oh and the book is surrounded by a light purple aura.

“Yes, I’m occupied with you barging into my house,” she snaps. “Now can you please leave. I have to fix this door now because of you.”

 

Eh, I'll suppose I saw the like of those before.

I shrug. "It wasn't a very beautiful door anyways. Say, what was your problem with the gang, amiga?"
If theres any furniture around I'll lean on that.

 

You end up leaning on one of those small tables with a drawer and a flower pot on top. "Don't you amiga me Mister Breaker of Doors. Stop leaning on that!" she yells, the little enigma around her flaring. "The gang has a problem with everyone. I don't know if you've noticed that or not mister." she sneers.

 

Lifting my hands in the air, I back off a step from the table.
"Why so aggressive? If the door was open I wouldn't have to break it."
I make some fingerguns towards her. "Also, my name's not that one."
I'll get ready to dodge the almost certainly incoming attack.

 

"Ignitus Flare!" the girl casts. Suddenly, a firework bursts out of nowhere but you loosely dodge it and it flies out the door exploding mid-flight in the middle of the road.

"Get out," she glares.

What now?

 

"True. But some people can take on armies. Who says I'm not one of them?"

 

“...And have you actually ever taken on an army?” Dirtyhands says, his gloved hands fingers drumming on his cane.

 

"I've dealt with the police before. Multiple times. Not comparable to an army, but comparable to you people."

 

“Dude, we infiltrated -“

“Shut up Jesper,” Dirtyhands says interrupting Sharpshooter. Ah, that’s his name.

“I see you’re confident in your abilities Dust Devil,” Dirtyhands smiles, his fingers no longer drumming on his cane. “I just can’t seem to understand what earned you such a shotty title...”

 

"No need for you too understand."

"But what about you people? Are you some sort of criminals?"

 

"Heeey, I'm not here to fight, and as stated, you seem occupied. Can't we just have a peaceful talk?"
Is there anything I could throw on the ground in the instance that I have to leave quickly?
