How Long Does It Take For [email protected] To Reply?

Read the title,
I've mailed them via Gmail 24 hours ago and they still haven't replied. Did I send it to the wrong person or are they just really slow with replying? Please let me know if I screwed something up, thank you. I am really impatient which is a bad thing of course D:

The email appears to be correct, so just give it a week or two since they have a large playerbase, and they can't spend all of their day with support emails. If you get no reply within a month, i'd send another mail incase something messed up, and as much as i'd like to say send it earlier, they're still human and has tons of mail to respond to, so going through it all can take a while :)

Unless it's an emergency, a week is way to spammy in my eyes
