Character Replies

Yeah, he was killed at some point by the monster and just kept fighting. Right now, however, he's in complete panic.

Balance Patching and Other Notes

That sounds reasonable.
As for the last sentence, most murders and violent deaths are probably not by walking demigods, and more by your spiteful ex or a random robber, so it's fairly easy to haunt them into insanity or straight up kill them after a bit. Business can get finished fast.

It's a bunch of different pieces of stone loosely held together by magic, so you would probably only be able to blow up one chunk.

If that thing dies than you have a landslide on your hands. RIP the magic district, and enjoy the small earthquake, but most of the city should be fine.

Probably whoever toned it down added a safeguard to keep it from killing people. Notice how the full version does indeed kill the target.

I was thinking of a size limit, but that might work. I think making it a size-limited spell with only 5 ranks should limit destroying everything. Either way, it's 100% time for a nerf.

Okey, I've checked the new Delyed Bomb spell, and am I reading this correctly?
From IV onwards the maximum size of the object's size decreases. Is this intended? I see the damage rising but that doesn't really help me out, seeing as I will have to resolve into using coins as bombs.

Yeah, I think that goes well enough for the ranks the spells are at right now - your most used spells are the ranked up ones. I guess I'll take these values (except bomb - I'll put it somewhere around 11 and rank it up next use) and keep them somewhere.

I probably jumped somewhere else in the huge clusterfuck that was yesterday's post and forgot to come back to it. That's why I'm writing this post 2 hours earlier than I usually do.
At the same time as your flame strike, or rather slightly before, he manages to put himself together enough to stab you with a shortsword.
He dies, his hand still on the sword in your gut. 3 Damage.

Also, your scales revert to normal. You don't remember when or why you changed them, but you did. Somehow. Either way, they're currently green.

Pretty sure BlueSlimerino already noted this, but charm person used to be far and away the most broken thing ever.
