That should pass I think, except if the edge of the wall if slippy, but it's probably a stone wall, so it might not happen (Or they polished every meters of stone of the wall ._.)

 

You fall down, I'm not sure how fall damage works, but you take fall damage for 20ft.

 

Does the cartographer say something about Hector's shrug ?

 

It's 1d6 for 10 feet so 2d6 for 20

Just a few people shopping or just walking around. At the bridge is a gate guarded by a few guards, behind the gate is a stone bridge, held up by many pillars in the water. On the other side of the bridge you can see a forest with lots of snow in it.

I ask one of the guards

Guard:"Oh it's bad, very bad. First off there's the cold, it's extreme cold out there, I without proper equipment you will die. There's also the many dangerous beasts and bandits that are out there. Only a few people live out there, a group of hunters, an old wizard and a group of dwarves."
