p much what Anime said, apps are voted on by members and usually they just judge by length and community aspects.

 

Basically if you join imp you will be rank and file until you get a war build. Then you will be permanently enslaved to warring not even for your guild. Most of the time Imp just gives it up to smaller federation guilds

 

Oki so I know we're kinda getting offtopic here, but I can assure that's not really true.
We do war a lot and are among the top 3 almost always, but we've got enough players willingly helping out.
In truth the majority of our members rarely war, we spend most of our time chatting on discord and play a lot of other games & host events for our members every now and then.
