Oh I know! Nerving Third Eye so it doesn't have any spell damage any more just when you bought a maxed spell damage third eye for 7 LE! (Rage!)

the quest gap between 90-95, forcing the unlucky ones to grind :'

 

- People who accuse other people of hacking (@roboblock93, you remember Rynx5)?
- Running Orange Wybel 20 times and not getting the legendary you need at all
- Pretty much all of the decayed side of Gavel
- Lord of the Clock
- Ineffectiveness of grinding at high levels
- How rare Blossom (the legendary wand) is (when you get a level 32-36 legendary wand there’s a 95% chance it’s a waves raiser)
- Grandmother
- Attack speed tier abuse
- Mythic Wands (minus Singularity and Fatal)

 

10 here, the worst comes first
1. The really lack of content of level 90-95, like you know what, after you did the fantastic voyage quest, got 50% of the XP from it, you have to grind all along. Or you just have to do CSST, but it is way too repetitive and boring just fighting for tokens and XP.
2. Star thief. Seriously, I have no idea why this quest existed in level 42. Quests in other level like Pirate's Trove and Heart of Llevigar have some puzzles at least, but Star thief is just a 100% fetch quest because you can kill the boss even you are playing with your feet.
3. The Passage. The boss right there is relatively hard for its level. I know wynncraft is promoting team effort at that time (and even now), but they made it nearly impossible to solo the quest with a non-mage alone. (Like seriously, I got stuck on that quest with my 1st warrior till level 62)
4. Tank mage with 100% thorns in nether who keeps using heal and kills other people by thorns. That is one strategy I guess, but after they killed people, some of them said that "lol ur build sucks get a better build loser" which really triggers a lot of people.
5. The realm of Light. Like come on, you have to walk a super long way just to fetch two boss's thing and then walk a long way again to get to the rune. And then someone told you that they sealed a guy in a rune and nothing next.
6. The lack of content of Gavel, especially Rodoroc. I don't think I need to explain about this.
7. The chance to get a mythic is wayyyyy too low
8. The most gay build in the past known as Cancer Apoc build, which has absolute defense and you can ram through LI just by keep clicking left click (and then they nerfed it which is a really nice news)
9. Corkus accipentis. After they nerfed hive items and those gay builds, I still think that Dr.Legendary sucks. I was about to put it at 3 or 4, but I don't always go to LI so nvm
10. The fact that wynncraft still support 1.8 and they can't use purpur blocks, which is my favourite block in game

EDIT: Well you are asking, where is Giant Rat? Actually it is the real first in this list, but I don't think I should mention this thing in the forums cuz you know, Giant Rat is gonna consume the world so RUN AWAY AS FAST AS FUCKING POSSIBLE

Lack of horse glitching to get around said forced cooperation

 

They can use it, because 1.9+ blocks exist ingame and can be replaced by something in 1.9-

Yeah, still a great game though, but every game has its flaws.

 

That may be how it works, but the thing is that I love purpur blocks and it can be used to make Llevigar 2.0 with the purpur pillar or some other things. They can replace 1.9 blocks for sure, but the thing is they have to change some more blocks' texture.
Also since the "Lost Connection" issue is fixed, there is no more point to make wynncraft support 1.8, since cool guys plays on 1.9+.

I may be one of those people. I started in 2012 and left in 2016. I'm here trying to reminisce in the good old days before the 1.12 update

I would have to say guild problems, economy and lack of storytelling

Guilds: Its a great idea on paper. But as we see now, the top 5-10 guilds hold ALL the territory. and if you can't get into those or want to start your own, your out of luck.

The economy: I don't think I need to say anything about this, It takes stacks of LE to afford mythics now when a few years ago a full set of end game gear costed 4-5 LE total (Or so I've been told). There's also the fact that mythics have a 7/1000000 chance of dropping.

Lack of storytelling: I don't think they could of thrown out the 'fighting the corruption' plotline fast enough. Yes some later quests brush up on this. But 90% of the quests involve helping someone with something stupid. Finding cows, settling disputes, playing fetch boy, etc. It feels more of a theme than an actual story. The wynnexcavation and taproot/realm of light questlines were interesting because there was something larger going on. But most of the quests fall into the 'do my errands' or 'hey can you kill that one thing that's causing trouble?' pit. There's also the annoying 'you can't cross this bridge because you don't have that lv 10 helmet from 100 quests ago'.

 

Let's be real here guys
The top 3 things Wynn is missing are
1. #Bring Back Giant Rat
2. Buffing Cancer back to where it was used in every melee build again
3. Rat Island Challenge and the boss is Mega Rat

That's when I joined the forums. And you are right, I just looked it up and it looks like it was created in 2013. That was when I joined the server I'm pretty sure. Or maybe it was the very beginning of 2014. I forget
