So I have a nagging suspicion about what you are planning and it involves a lot of book series.

 

Aquila just gives you a questioning look, not understanding the question.

You're forced to hold onto the bed with your hands to stand up due to immense pain in your left leg. Raisa is obviously not buying it. "Your left leg is wobbling," she points out. "You need to rest . . ."

I sigh. " I'll be alright. Right now, we have to worry about when the government will want revenge. And I also need to talk to Averill."

 

Raisa concedes. "Are you sure?" she says pointedly looking straight at you.

 

I smile. "Yes, I'm sure." I then try and go into the main area.

 

"First off, are you a player? Or are you a piece? Secondly, why are you in this game?"

 

Aquila takes some time to ponder on that question before saying, "A player . . . I make my own choices. I'm here because of that choice . . . to take initiative and to try and fight the Magia Tenebris before it's too late . . ."

You struggle and get excruciating pain in the leg but you manage with the help of Raisa and the wall. Averill and Wilo are in the middle, both sitting down on chairs. Wilo is tending to Averill it seems. They both notice you two. What now?
