A Modern Day Fantasy Rp [6/10]

"No not really . . ." Jay admits. "They were supposedly disbanded or dealt with before I was born and then resurfaced a couple years after . . . I never really cared though because they disappeared after that and were never seen again. I only knew it was Magia Tenebris members because they were literally wearing clothing saying 'Magia Tenebris' on them."

"I'll let you know that two Angels and 10(?) of our members, plus two people from a the group we fought today could barely make one of them retreat." (Quantum retreated, Alexis was taken with him, not fleeing. Technically, my words are correct. >.<)

 

"What!? When and where did this happen?" Jay asks.

(That was actually only one member of the Magia Tenebris, [Quantum] and the rest were Order NIBIRU)

 

"Quite recently actually."

Wait, what's Alexis then? .-.

 

Alexis is Order NIBIRU.

"Who was involved in the fight?"Jay asks continuing his onslaught of questions.

 

"..."
"Why so many questions?"

 

". . . Well, I want to know things I don't know about and I'm curious . . ." Jay responds.

 

"..."
"Two angels, the group of people who captured Quantum before, me, Niko, two newcomers and the person who casted tha rodent spell thing and his partner."
"Still think we can beat their entire team?"

 

I listen in on what the three are talking about, in a manner of eavesdropping rather than engaging in the conversation.

 

Jay shrugs. "How many were on the other team?"

Their conversation entails the topic of reflecting on their middle school and high school years. Just random talk. Nothing really related to magic or what not. What now?

 

"When we were fighting them? There was only one person from MT (I can't spell it and am on mobile so hard to copy paste)."
"But how many did you see?

 

"A group of three . . . A trio . . ." Jay then shudders. "Geez I would've gotten rekt if I tried to take them out wouldn't I?" He shakes his head. "But still, if you have an opponent that hard to take on, you'll need as much people as you can get who are willing to risk their lives." He pauses thinking for a moment before saying, "Count me in on that list . . . Uh who else other than angels knows about this."

Aquila looks like she just wants to turn invisible, hide and run away at this moment.

What now?

 

I just look over to Aquila.
(Simple response is simple)

 

A little silence passes before Aquila answers that question. "...Everyone in this room . . ." Aquila responds quietly. "...And Arya......"

"...Wait, how do Kayla and Arya and you," Jay looks over to you, "- know about the Magia Tenebris?" Jay asks.

Then . . . Aquila turns invisible. She's definitely still in the room since none of the doors have opened but it doesn't seem she's going to respond to the next question for you. What now?

 

"Random encounters like yours."
Activate TS for lies and then sweep my gaze across the room as if looking for something hidden.
"When did you find out again?"

 

"What do you mean? About the Magia Tenebris not actually being dead yet?" Jay asks. Regardless of an answer, he continues, "Well I only found out about them today but the very first time I heard about them was when I was really young I guess."

"Makes sense... You do understand why we got to keep this under wraps, right?"

 

“I actually don’t understand why we have to keep this secret. Did the Magia Tenebris do anything to you guys to want to keep it secret from everybody else?”

 

"Until we amass enough strength, I would prefer to keep this under wraps. For the moment, I'll be recommending everyone to make themselves stronger through some other way. Speaking of which, I thought you were a medic? Where'd that fighting capabilities come from?"

 

“I uh . . .” Jay stutters. “I don’t like to use my ability . . . I concealed and hid it from everyone... Yet Dr. Lakrow, Mr. Lopez, and the youth group of six found out.”
