Oh. So he's the planner.
SS Hans. If anyone in Han's little group talks, I SS them. Otherwise, I'll mainly be SS Hans.

 

“By who?” I ask. “The government?”

 

The SS fails...oddly. Another kick of blue flash. Maybe they’re all using very weak talismans.

Amon nods. “They’re proposing a trade. Averill apparently shot down one of their members with a poison daubed arrow. They want us to save their friend for Averill.”

 

I consider this for a moment. “Where’s Wilo at the moment?” I ask.

 

Does this mean I'm still SS Amon? Or, due to me SS Han from Amon, I was completely kicked out.

“Trying to find herbs I believe,” Amon responds. “She’s going to be back soon though. Back at 12:00 I remember she said.”

I massage my temples and groan.
"They all have an item that cancels my ability."
"Contact is made. Is there a way we can freeze Kayla in time to slow the poison? Because I don't think we will come out on the upper hand if we have another contact right now."

 

“I thought it is 12,” I mutter to myself before holding onto the amulet and casting thespell while touching the other jinxpiece bringing us back to the warehouse.

 

“We don’t,” Jay shakes his head. “None of us have time bending abilities . . . save the Enigma of Time shard which only lasts a few seconds. And we can’t use actual ice. She’s a fire elementalist and is natrually weak to water and ice. Freezing her in the state she’s in would kill her.”

The scene changes from the Starbucks store to the warehouse. You’re able to catch Wilo enter in the building just in time. What now?

 

"Fvck. How about this. I will go with Niko. He can't die and can protect me when needed. As for I, I can read their minds and respond. I'd like to see them try lying to me." (wooo, panicking. Btw, I don't believe I can read their minds cause of the rings? But panic mode is on, so I'll gloss over that. xD)

 

“Wilo!” I exclaim. “Something happened to Averill. Amon, you explain the situation.”

“Uh, you don’t have a means of teleportation right now,” Ken points out.

"Also, what exactly did you tell them about how this deal would be managed?" Zach asks to Arya.

" . . . I said that I would bring Averill and Kayla over if they accept the deal . . . I gave them a piece of paper . . . and if they write on it . . . I see what they have written on the other half of the paper . . ." she fishes out a small folded brown piece of paper. "It's how they'll contact me . . ."

"Genius Arya," Ken says sarcastically. "They can now ambush us."

"We're gonna have to deal with the terms we set," Jay says. "We're just gonna have to hope they have even the slightest of sympathy." You notice that he's already stitching up Averill. He did the patching up that fast? Geez. Must be some magic involved.

Then Dr. Lakrow walks back into the room not with good news. "The arrow landed in between the Clavicle and the Humerus. I'm afraid the arrow crushed both of the bones and tore up all the muscle in the area. We need to mend the injury quickly before dealing with the poison."

"Uh, Arya?" Jay looks over at her

". . . I'm going . . ." Arya picks herself up and walks out of the infirmary with Dr. Lakrow behind her.

After a couple seconds of silence, Ken says, "So uh, do we just sit around and wait until we see some message pop up on the paper?"

What now?

Amon quickly explains the situation to Wilo and shows her the brown paper explained above in my response to Tsu's post. Wilo then looks at you. "Hunts Alone, we'll need Averill whether you like it or not . . . Are you going to inform everyone else?"

 

"Wait, you said they're bringing both Averill and the girl on our turf right?" I ask Amon my expression turning into a smile.

 

Maybe I should calm down? But Aquila's the only one who really knows me (even though we only conversed for a day. Hearing my actual name for the first time in... 9-10? years is pretty nice.) so I feel some sort of connection to her. And so, I'll panic to save the one she's supposed to be guarding.
Now if someone wants to make me rationalize @Nikolai Mael , then that maaay work.

Did Arya even leave the paper? .-.
If so: "What happens if we write on the paper?"
If not: "..." I stay silent. Darkened face, lowered head, heavily in thought.

Knowing some more details about Cuff's & co. would be nice for some blackmail/suprise material. Can I get more details on "The Corruption?" What is it? When did it start? When did people do about it so far? What happened afterwards. If I'm deep in thought, I'll try another round of SS then TS past to find out this information.

 

Yeah Aquila's kinda uh, emotionally hurt rn, cuz of Noctua n stuff so yeah, no appearance from her anytime soon.

Would spoil too much of what I have planned . . .

"Uh, maybe they see the message we write to them?" Ken suggests.

"I wouldn't want to try that," Zach mutters.

Then you hear the sound of groaning and you all turn around to see James waking up.

"Rise and shine Counter-Strike mobile player noob," Ken says smartly.

"Ughhhh . . . what happened?" James says getting up putting his hand on his head.

"Woah, you're not getting up yet pal," Jay comes over and puts James back down. "You should probably uh, heal before you go gambling again with that shard."

"Yeah . . . yeah," James complies lying back down.

"Now can someone explain to me what happened while I was gone?" James asks.

Ken puts his hands up. "I'm not explaining."

"Me neither," Zach says.

Jay looks at you. "Ro-Sham-Bo?"

James then interrupts, "I don't think we have the time for this with Kayla having an arrow in her shoulder."

What now?

It's late for me and I lack to will to add any detail

"Alister . . . what are you planning?" Amon raises an eyebrow.

"Let's call in everyone first," Willo suggests before yelling, "Everyone! Come out to the center of the warehouse!" Immediately, Cat. Dancer, and Raisa rush out from their rooms.

Willo and Amon quickly explain the scenario to them and then say, "Alister, what are you thinking?"

 

Niko: "Easy there Harris, we can't exactly charge in immediately. At least head to... wherever you guys store gear and get some gear before we go. Can't exactly protect with just a sword. Anyways, what's gotten into you? You're usually more... analytical about these kind of things. The girl special to you or something?"

 

@Azura did you miss it?

 

"We can make the negotiation far more advantageous to our side since their on our turf," I start. "And that Arya girlie is now exhausted and can barely perform magic. We have a free victory here. And . . ." I turn to Wilo. "You can heal the girl of the poison but cripple her in some other way. I know she's a bow user. Maybe weakening her left arm more or something." I then walk over to the paper with a pencil. "What do you think?"

I think @Azura's waiting for @MistaTigger to respond as well since you're both in the same area.

That actually made me laugh for no reason lol.

 

... Are we going to move from the modern world to that world? ^-^ (TBH, it's probably that the corruption's going to follow Han & co to our world. >:T Then we find out that Quantum had a hand in the entire thing.)

I'm kinda hidden in the complex usually. ;p So unless you were part the branch I'm in or had access to my files, you wouldn't know to block my abilities. xD)

"That paper (point at the paper) is their way of contacting us."
