The bird creature cries out in pain as most of it's body becomes bright red and orange. It lets go of Tony as it struggles to stay flying.

I flip off the bird that just attacked me, then point the finger at the bird and Eldritch Blast it.
To hits:
18 + 10 = 28
3 + 10 = 13
Damage:
10 + 5 = 15
9 + 5 = 14

Not end of turn yet.

Billy-Will fires another folly of fire beams, this time at bird 1. 2rd level slot.

Beam 1: 17 to hit. 6 fire damage.
Beam 2: 23 to hit. 5 fire damage.
Beam 3: 10 to hit. 5 fire damage.

 

The creature takes the first two hits before reacting fast enough to evade the third.

The bird above you (Bird? 1) attempts to bite and inject you again, but misses both times before flying upwards.
@Paradoxical
The bird nearest to you (Bird? 2) swoops down and tries to swipe at you with its claws but misses before injecting you in the arm with something. It then flies above.
9 piercing damage, make a CON save.

 

8 + 7 = 15

Keep in mind that it had disadvantage on its attacks because of Heat Metal.

 

Lower rolls hit surprisingly. Bird? 1 missed both attacks without disadvantage which is anticlimactic.

I cast Command to Strike on Rikane, targeting Bird 2. Make an attack action, I guess.

I also move a little to get in range of the others.

Attack 2: 20+8=crit
Damage: 5+3+6+4+4=22 (another ki point)

Total Damage: 32 piercing damage

 

Sanik is really an useful character. He sit in a chair doing nothing. x)
