The problem is, when 2 parties fight and one team wins but only has 2 players left because one died, the third team will have a massive advantage. This means looking for a first fight wouldn't be rewarding.

I was referring to devaluing the first party defeating the second party. What's the point of killing two when even that doesn't mean much?
