"Well, your things are actually tangible. Though, I'd imagine that they do take more effort."

 

"Pinky": "I haven't been in the freezer yet.."
"There is still another couch, a desk, and the T.V. set in the office upstairs. We brought one couch, a chair, and a lamp while you both were gone."

 

"Well, I'm gonna help Daniel again. Help yourself to some food."

 

"I think I was out. Speaking of which, Tony, will you be ready to leave once we finish eating?"

I take another tortilla, nearly shoving it down my throat.
"I'm 'bou' rea'y now."

 

"Pinky": "Cloaker? The Eyes that have that face mask thing?"

 

"Great."

I grab and apple and bite into it as I stand.

 

"I'll continue moving those after I finish my apple."

She continues eating.

 

I go and grab an orange.
"See you at the front?"

 

She takes an apple and starts eating.

You should keep track of the food inventory, by the way.

 

"Yeah. Tried to go invisible and sneak attack us, but I caught him with a lucky shot. I thought my silencer would work, but apparently those flying bastards can hear infrasonic vibrations. A swarm came down on me and I lost the gun."

 

Yeah, probably...
Can we get a box made for that?

 

"Pinky": "That's rough. Did you get a replacement weapon from the Eye after you killed him? Well I'm assuming you killed him.."
"If you didn't, that'd be really bad because he'd know where we're hiding.. and they'd infiltrate us.. and we'd-"

 

“Should I know what this stuff does, or is that personal business?”

 

"That's what we're going to pick up. To be honest, I'd been looking for an opportunity to try out my new project, so this is almost convenient."

 

I start making my way up the ladder to the front of the shop.

 

"Panicking won't do much. Come on, we'll just continue moving the tables an chair."

 

She calms down before finishing the apple and climbing the ladder.
"Okay."

 

I exit the shop, looking around cautiously.

 

The fog is fading, but it's very subtle. Wind howls above.
