Thanks to my Silencer upgrade, the boom of the exploding shell falls below the range of human hearing, making no sound but a muffled vibration.

 

The helmet makes a flat "beep" noise before exploding with sparks and lights when the Eye falls to the floor, with electric currents surrounding it. The nearby street light burns out a short while after this.

"Eye Shadow / Cloaker"
I haven't encountered one of these Eyes before, but H.E. has described them to me as if he had been fighting them since he was 5 years old. According to him, the creeps are most commonly encountered at night in isolated areas that they follow their targets to. These stalkers hide behind electronic masks that display their emotions for them, and show the symbol of the Order of the Eye while idle. They're sissy enough to hide their face and use voice distortion to make their voice unrecognizable. H.E. claims they have the ability to seemingly "meld" into their dark surroundings, becoming invisible and untraceable by any means except sight. Not only are they able to sneak away from and into combat but they can climb out of reach and are able to strike multiple times with retractable swords.
