Mage/Dark Wizard Help Water Mage Wooo

So I got back to playing more frequently and now my water build is even worse so I want to find a better one
What I want:
-Mana Regen
-Spell Damage
-Not Glass Cannon pls
-Water water water water dmg

Also I need wand suggestions and stuff( only got an Ethereal rn)

For mana Regen i’d Recommend the Aquarius, third eye, and mood pool circuit and for damage a good Nepta floodbringer with T6 waters, and possibly a jester set. Idk about the legs and boots though... maybe statue for an ensured non glass build?
