Will 1.13 Break Seavale Reefs

So I was looking at 1.13, and I saw that items now float. I was wondering if this could break the part in Seavale Reefs where the items spawn and sink to the bottom. Or does it use commands?

 

wynncraft has already stated that it won't be updating to 1.13, atleast for a long time
The command system completely changes in 1.13, therefore they would have to change every single command block to make it work again
and yes it would probably break seavale

How do you guys be compatible with multiple Minecraft versions, especially with updates that introduce completely new mechanics and entities?

I'm pretty sure Jp mentioned once, that he's completely rewritten around half of minecraft's code and fixed numerous bugs with it. He's also worked with other plugins' creators such as WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, ViaVersion, and modified them to work with Wynn

Like seriously, I feel annoyed when I tried to convert 1.12 commands to 1.13
