Knowing that it was going to happen, I don't mind the weird looks.

After bumping into multiple people and drawing lots of attention to yourself, you manage to barely maintain balance to continue running towards the alley.
The alley is mostly empty except for a dumpster and lots of trash bags. The alley makes a right turn at the end of it.

 

I run through the alleyway, turning at the turn and continuing to search for the girl.

 

Turning to the right results in a dead end. There’s no girl anywhere in sight.

 

I look up to the sky as I make my way back to the trashbags.

 

I curse myself for not bothering to get Tony's phone number.

Daniel: "Splitting up is a bad idea. Tony has the best lead so far, we need to stay with him."

I start off in the direction that he went.

It looks like a scene straight out of a horror movie.
As you look up towards the sky, you see a building so tall the dark clouds cover most of the top. Strange abominations and unimaginable forms of life slither and fly across the gloomy skies around it. They roam casually, not minding the citizens below.
As you look in other directions in the sky, you see smaller concentrations of flying terrors travelling across it. An ear-ringing screech rings out from high above, but you do not realize which direction it's coming from. It echoes in the foggy night.

"Holy shit."
I pick up the pace as I walk back to the dumpster, trying to open it while my eyes are still glued to the scene above.

 

You open the dumpster and hear a female scream from within.

 

“Woa- hey!”
I jump in anyways, closing the lid after me.

 

???: "I'll give you all my money, just .. please don't hurt me!"

 

"Gimmie a coin."
I say, nonchalant.
I'd imagine it's dark in the closed dumpster, yes?

 

Would a nature check to determine how the echoes came to us through the city be realistic ? x)

 

It's somewhat related to animals, I guess. You can try but it'll be a hard check to pass.

It's dark in the dumpster, yes.

She sniffs.

 

"Fine, I'll use my own coin."
I take a coin out of my bag(? wallet? Thing I keep my money in) and cast Light on it to illuminate the dumpster. I keep in it m hand as to not shine it in her face, and just to let it glow.
"See?"
