Is it possible to giveaway legendary items and stat potions???

I am well aware of the rule, But can you giveaway legendary stuff and stat potions (most likely higher than 1 fricken le)

It depends if it's a low level legendary or nah.

 

Its all high legendaries and lvl 75 stat pots

 

It's fine

 

But all of them arent 1 le by themselves, they only add up to it
