[d&d] The Fall Of A City [8/8]

You walk in to a pitch dark sushi restaurant with the freezer wide open.

 

I snap my fingers and cast Wall of Sand. Immediately, a thick wall of swirling sand forms in the doorway of the sushi shop, completely blocking it. I let it persist for a few moments to give you a good look, then close my hand and dispel it, scattering and dissipating the sand.

"Convinced yet?"

 

Billy-Will keeps his head down and puts his headphones on, turning away from the guard

 

I whistle from the wall.
“Good shit.”

Billy-Will smiles and snaps his fingers, causing balls of light to briefly appear then disappear (Dancinf Lights)

“Convinced? You mean tricked?”

 

Sanik : "Ahah, 1-0 for Billy."

 

Well, can’t see with the lights out and all. Surely there must be a switch... somewhere.
I’ll turn on my flashlight and start looking around, starting with the freezer.

 

"So you can accept things, or at least illusions, appearing out of thin air, but not creatures hiding in plain sight? I suppose selective confirmation bias is rather strong..."

 

You see a group of people talking, a gnome, a human, and a half-elf. Another person leans against the restaurant. A guard bot just walked into the dark restaurant.

A wall of sand also just randomly raises in the doorway of the restaurant.

 

“What kinda monsters are you talking about?”
I approach you more.

 

Billy-Will is VERY stubborn

 

You enter the freezer and see multiple boxes, all opened. One is upside down.

 

Daniel: "Right, okay. Noted."

I go over to the person in the mask.

 

@bluepenguin1002 You see someone enter the freezer and disappear into the frost.

“You were talkin’ about some monsters?”

 

Toki:"They must be the people I'm supposed to meet."

She taps Brom on the shoulder.
"That way, Brom." She says while pointing at the group of people.

 

Sanik (whispers to Billy) : "So, it seems that we're not the only one to have received a letter. Do this guy said any informations on it to you while I was away ?"

 

Anything in particular stand out, or are they just ordinary boxes?
