Would the T2 teleport shard get me across the water?

Nah, you wouldn't even be able to reach Elis or Governor's Island with that shard. I mean you could teleport to the other end of the Statue of Liberty island but that's about it.

 

I desummon the traveller and say
"Okay I have no idea how to get off of here"

 

"Well you got to wait till we get everything else settled."

 

I intrude in the conversation. "If I recall correctly, Tigger over here was just asking Dr. Lakrow who they were and that he was interested in what she had to say. I just think it's suspicious enough that she was sitting in her expensive machine watching a destroyed bank from afar."

 

“I was simply asking what was going on at the exploded bank. I initially thought she may have caused it.”

 

With a tree in the way, Isaac makes a show of squinting to look at the ruins in the bay.
"I'd say a massive battle. Y'know, seems pretty obvious. Though it is kinda weird that nobody noticed a climactic showdown in front of the statue of liberty ok so not a fight huh."

 

"Yeah I can imagine why you would think that," Zach scratches the back of his head. Then he asks, "By the way, you or someone said they got teleported here by uh . . . Dr. Lakrow's assistant? . . . yeah where are they now?"

"There was a battle," the girl states. "Not really a big one but the battle was started because of the initial caster of the asteroid that destroyed Lady Liberty." Then she turns to you and says, "I'm aware you got an invite from Lex into the clan called Fate. Do you even know what Fate's goal is?"

"Somewhere over there," I say stepping back in again pointing in the general area of Flagpole Plaza.

 

I SS Dr. Lakrow to confirm. If that doesn't work, I SS Mr. Lopez.

If either works: I stop SS. "They're at [insert place here]. I called them a while back."

 

"Do you think I care? If I'm there, I'm there to get stuff out of them."

 

The scene changes from the base of the Statue of Liberty to well . . . the base of the Statue of Liberty. You (Dr. Lakrow) are literally just a couple yards off of everyone from the conversation leaning on some big chunk of debris. Mr. Lopez is next to you (Dr. Lakrow) with a transparent grey shard floating in the air. Invisibility . . . They've just been watching the conversation topkek. Do you still want to shout them out?

"Get what out of them?" the girl responds. "You're new to the magic world. What do you plan to achieve from joining Fate?"

 

Nah. They probably want to see what he does when they aren't around. Also, Cuffs. Can I get thought process?

 

Okay short synopsis list of Alister's feelings:

Needs to take care of Fire Dancer / Cander
Is the Queen Raisa safe?
The hell is a helicopter?
Where might Micah Bayar be?
How do you get off this island? Maybe Crow knows?
Is Amon Bryne guarding the queen?
Who the hell is Lex?

Damn, my english sucks. I meant to say that Dr. Lakrow was keeping an eye on Tigger as well as you. And then I asked Azura for Lakrow's thought processes. Sorry...

Oh I'm also tired af so another non serious af post.

So basically, Dr. Lakrow sees your eyes do the second sight thingy and she's wondering who you're second sighting. Then, on an inference made from the conversation, she concludes that you're most likely second sighting her. She then thinks to herself (basically a message to you lol), "I advice you not to out my position for I would like to eavesdrop a little more."

Dr. Lakrow also seems interested in the new necklace Kayla was given from Aquila and all the possible new combat strategies available . . . and the fact that Noctua was able to beat Aquila technically. She has an interest in Tigger's and Alister's pasts as well trying to draw out different lines. However, she also has the nagging suspicion that "Alister" is not even the guy's real name or at least first name even though you seemed satisfied with that answer. Continue SS?

 

I do a short nod here.

I end SS. Then I pull out my phone and place in next to my ear.
I do a few short nods and then quietly, "Yes, I know it should be a secret. That's why we're not going with them. They aren-"
A pause.
"Oh fine! We'll do it your way!" (Louder)
I look over to Cuffs.
"Apparently they want me to ask more questions."
"You to." I say pointing to Tigger.
TS is still active.

 

Maybe I rethink it. It probably won’t me many people in the public transport anyway.

 

" You just answered your own question."

 

“Then hurry up and ask the questions.”
