Any Class Help Help Me Perfect A Thunder-earth Hybrid Build

yeah so i've been really into thunder earth lately
and i've had this for a while but i feel like it can be better, i just don't know how to improve it.
pretty much, i just want to see if you guys have any ideas.

i like how your earth thunder build has more base intel and agi than strength and dex

 

Because this game can't accept melee-based hybrid on LI..

 

Am I missing something here?
Isn't a hybrid build melee + spells?

As for the thread itself:

I'd use libra myself, it gives you ever so slightly better DPS, but you use it mainly for the defense. up to 45 sp in defense instead of 11
(a 25% damage taken difference.)
and the rainbow defense, this is at the cost of 2 mana regen, but since you have so much mana steal and 2 mana regen left, I do not think that that'll be an issue.

What I'm trying to say is, 'melee-based', use spell for attack anyway but more friendly to melee. (Not using items like Centipede)
