It's the caravan. You might be able to climb up it or crawl under it, but it's essentially a wall

I got confused who was inside and who was inside. Someone is in it, someone is on it, someone is outside of it

 

I imagined Anafenza standing outside of the caravan.

Anafenza left the caravan, I think.

 

Fixed

 

Raedurg is (I think) inside, Natasha climbed on top, Anafenza stepped outside.

 

Anafenza moves in and stabs her halberd at Orc 2.
Attack Roll 1: Natural 20.
Damage Roll 1: 2 + 9 + 7 = Dead.

She then moves over and uses her second attack to stab at Orc 1.
Attack Roll 2: 15 + 11 = 26.
Damage Roll: 5 + 7 = 12.

After those attacks, Anafenza retreats and is now 15 feet away from Orc 1. I'll edit the map.

 

Natasha's turn

 

I concentrate, and blades of purple-tinted psionic energy form around my hands.

I use Hone the Blade as a free action, spending 5 PSI to enhance my Soulknives to +2 weapons. The blades' edges become more defined and resonate with energy.

I use a bonus action to prepare Engaging Throw for 3 PSI.

As an action, I throw one of my soulknives at the Demon Orc, using Sharpshooter. Advantage for being hidden, yes?

Attack: 8 12 + 4 dex + 4 prof + 2 = 22

Damage: 1 + 7 (potent psionics) + 4 dex + 2 + 10 sharpshooter = 24 psychic damage

As the blade of energy strikes the orc, I dematerialize and appear right next to it, pulling the blade out of its hide.

 

What causes the teleportation?

 

Engaging throw, which I readied as a bonus action before throwing it.

Guard 3 attacks Orc 3, but the Orc dodges the strike
