Login Issue (staff Help Needed)

Hi so I'm quite new to this forums stuff still, I don't know if this is the appropriate place to explain what issues I'm faced with. I've attempted to make a forums account earlier today and I'd done everything perfectly, except for my email. I'd put gmail instead of hotmail, now the website is preventing me from creating another account under the same details (but with hotmail instead), it says that the username has already been taken. Is there anyone that can help me fix this issue? I play wynn a lot and frequently have things I want to ask and now's the time I decided to begin doing that. I'll check this post a few times a day to see if anyone has responded, perhaps message me on the forums to let me know of how to fix this.

 

If you're using the exact same username, that's why. Try changing it

 

Besides the verification email I've gotten nothing on my email from the forums,it's not that big of a deal if you entered the wrong thing.

 

What I meant to say was that because I'd entered the wrong email, I can't access the name that I want. I'm thinking that maybe a staff member could exterminate that account so that I can actually get the name, I got all the info that I'd put in on paper so that I can report the details with evidence that the account was me ~ plus I can't access the account myself as it "doesn't exist" so I need someone with power. If you know any staff members that can alert their higher-ups that I have this issue I'd greatly appreciate it <3

 

You change your email if you go to contact details. So you click on your name in the top right and then click contact details, your email should be the first thing you see there.

 

The username is my in-game account, I'd rather have them be identical, but thanks.

Thank you sooo much, I didn't realise that I could access the account details. You the real MVP <3 On another note, is there a way that I can close this thread? I'm not sure if I just delete it. Thanks again :)
