A Modern Day Fantasy Rp [6/10]

I get up, confused and dizzy. It seems Noctua and Aquila finally calmed down. I trudge over to Cuffs and grab my shield, desumoning it. “What’s going on?” I ask, only half awake.

 

“Oh I’m getting interrogated for no reason,” I then look at the adolescents and Tim.

 

No. Not another argument. I look at the three Cuffs looked at. “Why is he being interrogated? What happened this time? We don’t have time or energy for another argument.”

I look at Cuffs.
"No reason you say?"
I turn to Arya.
"Hey, do we have to bring those two along?" (gesture at Cuffs and Cander)

"As for you."
I look over at Tigger.
"Things only become an argument if you believe it is..."

"Now then, who hasn't introduced themselves? I highly reccommend that we get this over with."

 

“And just because you do or don’t believe something doesn’t mean it is or isn’t true. It’s not all about your own opinion.”

 

I'mma assume that the last line in my last message is null till this conversation is finished. xD

"Pray tell then. What do you think the 'argument' was about?"

 

"Oh no. It appears you have misunderstood me. I'm was simply saying that believing in something isn't enough to make it true, and vice versa. Now, back to introductions? I'm Tigger, a sword master with some other unimportant abilities." I then look around. "Who's next?"

 

The violinist who summoned the pirate boats and is wearing a yankees cap goes first. “My name is Jamie,” she nods.

“The name’s Zach,” the 20 year old guy says. “Zach Heydes.”

“I’m Arya,” says a 14 year old girl.

“And I’m James,” the 14 year old who teleported Niko and Zander says.

“My name is Kayla,” the girl who was talking with you and Cuffs says.

Then Zander’s new friend steps up. “I’m Chaz aye.”

“Do I need an introduction?” Ken barges in.

“No, you need an introduction out,” Ayra retorts.

“Both of you are pitiful at come backs,” Jamie says shaking her head.

The girl stares at the half Statue for a couple of seconds before desummoning her bow, putting her head down, and holding onto her cap wading through the crowd. After trailing her for a couple minutes, you're let to one of the more vacant parts of Battery Park . . . Then, she turns around facing you summoning her bow, nocking a flaming arrow, and says, "Who are you and why are you following me?"

"Is it hard enough to believe that some guy who knows nothing about all this 'magic' stuff saw a cool bow and wanted to learn more? Really, the fact that you're the best shot I have by virtue of not immediately shooting says a lot."

 

The girl sighs and says, "Sometimes, curiosity can lead to death, just like your interest in your newly found magic. Maybe not joining the world of magic would be better for you . . . since you wouldn't have to get involved in such turmoils that exist." She then lowers her bow desummoning the flaming arrow. "If you were to learn magic . . . what would you do with it?"

Nah, dis isn't Kayla, if Kayla were trying to sneak out and "not be noticed", she would be wearing a silver cloak, not a ton of black clothes and a cap.

(Besides, I don't know many fire wielding bow masters... maybe I should look into it)
