A Modern Day Fantasy Rp [6/10]

Assuming I see this from Noctua's SS, I cancel SS and then go over to Aquila, to see if she's okay.

 

Well, this is... interesting. Niko will ready the blue yellow shard and swap with either Aquila or Zander, whichever one is going to be swung at by the other guy, when he does.

 

Yeah I think that I just changed everything

 

“Hey, can you grab my knife back for me?” I yell jokingly as you swing at him.

 

Noctua vanishes and reappears a couple feet away. He has hidden his wings once again and is swiping down hard onto Aquila with his Scythe. However, you suddenly see Zander appear in the spot of Aquila and see that Noctua is about to swing down on him hard with his Scythe. What now?

The action any of you make will be crucial to what happens to one real-life player. Please be aware of this and try not to kill them off.

Okay you're second sighting Aquie again. This time, you (Aquila) think to yourself, "So you wish to witness my death in first person?" You see Noctua about to swing hard onto you (Aquila) with his scythe. The throbbing pain from the left wing has spread over the rest of your (Aquila's) body. Then . . .

Suddenly, the scene changes from about to be getting rekt by Noctua to under Cuff's barrier. You (Aquila) look over to where you just were and see Zander in that position. What now?

 

When I miss, my sword hits the ground, releasing a charge of electricity.
Kinda OOC: Where is ur knife @Arch ?

 

Yeah I can't do anything in this situation so I'll just say, "Hey Noctua! Aquila's over here!"

OOC: My Knife is in Noctua's right wing iirc buthis wings are hidden so rip my knife.

 

Finally out of energy, I toss my shield at Cuffs. "Throw it between them, more towards Noctua! Maybe you'll be able to throw him off! It's actually pretty light by the way!" I then collapse.

 

"Wait what?" I yell while catching the shield. Then muttering to myself while throwing the shield at my intended target, I say, "I'm a rum knife wielder, never had a knack for shields . . ."

I swear, every player near the Statue of Liberty rn have a death wish (except for Niko ofc).

 

Well, time to follow through. I’ll swap my position with Zander with the prepared blue yellow shard, then see how things go from there.

 

Spoiler: My Old Response

I guess I should have specified that I'm no longer SS and was walking towards Aquila. xD

Do this in order and stop when one is done.

If I know Niko's thing: "Niko, switch with him(Xander if I know his name)!"
If I am close to Noctua: Shoot the hand with the scythe and then tackle it. "Noctua, we're trying to hit on girls, not kill them!"
If I am close to Zander: I tackle him to the side/block the shot with my body. "Payback for the bad interrogation, am I right?" (Say that if I take the hit)

If possible while running to do options 2&3:

• SS Noctua, seeing if since I 'invaded his mind' if I could exert short control over it, to redirect the swing.
• TS Noctua, past, seeing if I could bring him into a moment of the past, making him hesitate to continue the swing.
• New Ability?, idk, whatever eye shenengins you can think of. Freezing Sight? Swapping places with someone I see?

If I know Niko's thing: I briefly glance at Zander to see his condition before walking over to check up on Aquila, to make sure she's okay.
If I don't know Niko's thing and I am close to Noctua: Shoot the hand with the scythe and then tackle it. "Dude, we're trying to hit on girls, not kill them!"
If I don't know Niko's thing and I am close to Niko: I tackle him to the side and take the hit if I have to. "Try not to scare the newbies away with fake arms and legs, kay?" (Say that if I take the hit)

Uh, the shield is late af to the party. I mean, what did you expect? You see Zander get switched out by Niko who also used a Blue / Yellow Shard and see Noctua smash into the ground with his scythe only milliseconds later. The shield just goes flying by completely missing. You see Niko's dead corpse on the ground except . . . uh there's no blood topkek. It's almost like . . . a mannequin. Anyway, Noctua rises back up completely unfazed by the fact that he just 'killed' a person and says, "Can you not interrupt in something that me and Aquila should've discussed 2 years ago?"

The scene changes from under Cuff's barrier to getting absolutely 'destroyed' by Noctua. Your 'body' shreds to pieces under Noctua's scythe explosion and you hear Noctua say inside your 'head', "Thank you for making me not kill a bystander who shouldn't of interrupted. Now please leave." Then Noctua rises back up and says, "Can you not interrupt in something that me and Aquila should've discussed 2 years ago?"

Since ur technically a "high staff member" kinda ish and have those eye powers anyway, I'd assume you'd get curious one day and find out Niko's secret so yeh.

Oh I was also thinking of new eye abilities I could give you to make you be able to participate in combat more but I guess you could say those will be unlockables through experience . . .

You watch as Zander gets switched out by Niko using another blue / yellow shard. Zander didn't anticipate Niko's move however and summons 4 light green shards creating 4 shields around him. Zander looks unscathed for the most part. Then you go to Aquie who is sitting next to Kayla on the floor. Kayla is trying to check all of Aquila's wounds and her injured left wing but Aquila keeps denying her. Finally, Kayla concedes and mutters, "Noctua is scary when he's angry, huh?"

Aquila just nods staring at the floor her expression with fear, guilt, and pain.

You then hear Noctua say, "Can you not interrupt in something that me and Aquila should've discussed 2 years ago?" You turn around to see Niko's 'dead body' on the floor with no blood spilling out. Wat now?
Yes I had to ruin it by spelling "What" as "Wat." :)

As you're about to get absolutely demolished by Noctua's scythe, the scene changes once again back to under Cuff's barrier. You turn to see Niko get crushed and exploded under Noctua's scythe. After all the dust clears, you see Niko's dead corpse on the ground except . . . uh there's no blood topkek. It's almost like . . . a mannequin. Anyway, Noctua rises back up completely unfazed by the fact that he just 'killed' a person and says, "Can you not interrupt in something that me and Aquila should've discussed 2 years ago?"

 

"You know me, I look into things I really shouldn't be."
I shrug.

If possible: I run over and retrieve the sword.
"Gonna keep this for you till you 'get back.'"
Then I turn my back and walk a bit away from Noctua, back towards Aquila (as far as I can get)
Otherwise: "Aquila, mind explaining? Otherwise, I'm going into this blind and that screws over my abilities.
(If I can move/talk while SS I'll do both and SS Aquila.)

BTW: My eye skills are 'magic' right? How does amplification work? Did I ever attempt it before or should I do trial and error now? xD

“OH SHIT!” I just yell straight away, then I quickly realize what’s happening and try to summon a teleport shard and teleport to the nearest hiding place I can see

 

I go over to grab Tigger's shield and then say, "You can discuss and kill Aquila later. Not now where you can kill everyone else here and destroy the remaining bits of this statue."

 

Niko (To Noctua): While I don't exactly know or care too much about your issue with Aquila, could you two possibly discuss this elsewhere? At least, somewhere that wont result in the possible deaths of these... fragile people. As for leaving, I can't exactly do that. No legs after all.

OOC: Random thought: If Niko's sword flies at Tigger's indestructible shield with an unyielding force, which gives out first?
