    Yeet,

    I'm a level 95 assassin and I want a Thunder + Air or Thunder + Water build. High risk, high reward, simple as that. The higher damage the better, I don't care about defenses. Just want to deal hilariously high amount of DMG. Thank you.

    He hasn't done Hive yet, so Master Hive is out, LI should be out, and mythics are most likely out.

    So kinda budget stuff.
