Hey, sorry I didn't see your post earlier today. I don't know what happened to my determination, but the health regen is now only 31%. I looked at the stats on wynn data, and it said the max health regen was 39%. It must have been nerfed fairly recently, but I'm not finding any nerf threads where it's mentioned, nor did I think a nerf could change items directly without reidentification. Anyways, you probably wanted the boots for that very high health regen, but reply and tell me what you want to do.

 

Oh it's ok I will still buy the boots!
