Build that incorporates item: I'd probably use it with galleon.
Description/Explanation: It's rare you can trade a hypothetical rare helmet for a mythic, but I thought I may as well try my luck.

It has the potential to have a lot of stealing because obviously, highwaymen steal. It requires Dexterity and Intelligence to wield because you needed skillfulness and smarts to be effective and not get caught. However, it can have max negative poison attached because the life of a crook is a dangerous one that could go wrong at any turn.

I noticed that there was a severe lack of early game legendary rings, so I designed this one. This ring is designed to be a lot more powerful than other rings, but at a severe cost of survivablity. However, If you can counteract these downsides, you will be rewarded.

you think fire can melt water? no. if the piece was ice related, then it would have serious fire weakness. literally this is basic knowledge that water puts out fire easily.
